Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
