Made from Renewable Sources
The Sustain White Hot Cup range is made from paper from well-managed, Forest Stewardship CouncilĀ® (FSCĀ®-C117930) certified forests and other controlled sources. FSCĀ® promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the worldās forests. The lining of these cups is made from BioPBS (bio-based polybutylene succinate), a bio-plastic derived from natural, renewable sources such as sugarcane and corn, instead of a traditional oil-based plastic lining.
Compostable in Industrial Facilities
Compostable products will break down into nutrient-rich organic matter which can be used as a fertiliser for plants. The Sustain White Hot Cup range is ABA-certified compostable in industrial facilities, so will break down under specific conditions in accordance with AS 4736:2006.
